Boavista Window Frames impress at Grade I Listed Brighton Building

Sussex Mansions were terraced housing originally built in the late 1820’s by property developer Thomas Read Kemp as part of his Kemp Town development.  Numbers 39 and 40 Sussex Square were later bought and redeveloped by Lady Victoria Sackville-West (mother of the author Vita) with her architect Edwin Lutyens.  The latest renovations include Boavista fibreglass window frames, perfect for this coastal location and were highly commended in the Sussex Heritage Trust Awards for 2019.
