Enjoy lunch or dinner at the stylish Severn & Wye Smokery Restaurant or choose between piscine treats at the impressive glass-fronted fish shop. Every time you dine in their restaurant they will release three elvers to their Tanks in Schools Scheme…

The Severn & Wye Smokery intend to engage their customers to restock British fish to British waters. An eel tank is given to local primary schools and the school children looked after and feed the glass eels for a period of about 10 to 12 weeks. During this period they learn about the fishery, the environment and the significance of our actions on both. Then the school children return the fish to the lakes at Highnam Court as a restocking project.
